Q. How will the flowers arrive at my door?
A. We air freight your roses to New York by non-stop flights from Israel. From New York, we use FedEx standard overnight service. FedEx delivers to most zipcodes by 3:30 p.m. For morning deliveries there is an extra charge of $7.00

Q. Can I have the flowers delivered any day of the week?
A. No. We can deliver on Tuesday – Friday. For Saturday delivery we must charge $15 extra.

Q. Where are the flowers grown?
A. The flowers are grown in our greenhouses in Moshav Sde Nitzan, in the Negev, Israel.

Q. Are these flowers Hybrid Tea Roses?
A. Some of the vaieties are, and some are classified as mid – size flowers. Smaller than hybrid tea roses, larger than sweetheart roses.

Q. How can you sell for such a low price? Are these second class flowers?
A. No! These are first class export quality flowers, the very same flowers we export and sell at the Dutch Flower auctions near Amsterdam. We can sell at a low price because there are no middlemen between us, the growers and you, the consumer.

Q. How long have you been growing roses?
A. We have been growing roses for over 30 years. We produce over 4 million flowers every year. We have been selling direct to the public for three years and have delivered roses to all 50 states !

Q. What do I do when my flowers arrive at my door?
A. You will need a pair of sharp pruning shears (or a sharp knife) to cut the stems. We will supply you with special flower food. Complete instructions are included in the carton and on our care page. You will need 1 bucket for each 120 flowers.

Q. How can I order?
A. Ordering is as easy as 1-2-3-4.
1) Go to our order page.
2) Fill out the form.
3) Submit and pay for your order.
If you choose to send your order before paying for it, that is fine. We will respond to any questions you have.
We will prepare your flowers for shipment to arrive on the date you want them. Please note: we need at least 5 days to prepare and deliver your flowers. Good flowers, like good cooking can’t be rushed. Please order 7-8 days in advance of delivery.

Q. How do I pay for the roses?
A. All orders are paid by credit card through our secure credit card processor (PayPal). You can pay for your order as soon as you place your order or wait for us to respond to your order before paying.

Q. What if there is a problem with the flowers when they arrive?
A. We have a satisfaction rate of over 99.9%. We GUARANTEE it.
